Hello from your new Beat Officer!!

Hi everyone! 

I wanted to introduce myself as your new local Beat Officer! I am looking forward to getting out into the community, meeting residents, businesses, community groups, and working together to help keep our neighbourhood a safe place for everyone.

One of my main priorities is to be a visible and approachable presence within our community. I want you all to feel comfortable speaking to me, whether that's concerns about anti-social behaviour, crime prevention, road safety, or simply sharing ideas about how we can improve our local area.

My aims as your Beat Officer:

✅ Being regularly present and visible within the community
✅ Listening to local concerns and understanding community priorities
✅ Providing crime prevention and personal safety advice
✅ Working with partner agencies to address local issues
✅ Supporting vulnerable members of our community
✅ Building positive relationships with residents, businesses, schools, and community groups
✅ Helping make our neighbourhood a safer place for everyone

I am keen to get involved with community life and would love to hear from anyone organising local events, meetings, fairs, coffee mornings, school activities, resident association meetings, or community projects. If you think my attendance could be helpful, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I will also be using My Community Voice to share updates, safety advice, crime prevention messages, and information about local issues that may affect our area.

Most importantly, I want this to be a two-way conversation. Your local knowledge is invaluable, and together we can help make a real difference.
